Abraham Lady Nazzok

A rich dough containing butter, flour, sour cream, eggs, and sometimes yeast. A sweet filling called khoriz, made from butter, sugar, and flour. Optional additions such as walnuts, vanilla, or cardamom, depending on the recipe. Compared with round gata, Lady Nazook is usually smaller, rolled or layered, and has a delicate, flaky texture. Round Gata is larger, softer, bread-like, and baked as a single round pastry with the sweet filling enclosed inside.
